Diet Tatwa understands how quickly you look forward to receive your order. We make sure to ship your confirmed order within 24 hours to avoid any delays. Our endeavor is always to provide you best in class and hassle free service.

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.
Shipments depart Monday throughout Saturday by 01:00 PM Indian Standard Time. Products ordered after noon are shipped next day.

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. For expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
